- Any cancellation less than 3 hours before appointment will result in a $15 charge.
- More than 15 minutes late to an appointment with no call will result in a $20 charge or an automatic cancellation.
- If your dog need 2-3 people $5-$10 extra charge.
- If you are more than an hour late picking up your dog, without prior notice, will result in a $ 20 charged for boarding.

Excellent customer service and great with large breed dogs! I called the day before and Lindsay was able to squeeze me in for a next day appointment. I have a female Rottweiler who absolutely hates having her nails cut and Lindsay and her team were amazing with her! They had me in and out of the store in under 20 mins. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who has struggled with their dogs nail trimming. I’ll be going back to her every time!
